Terms of Service: apply to the purchase of our service offerings by all customers, and forms our Master Service Agreement.

Order Terms: defines the terms that apply to any products or services customers order through us, including scope of work definitions and billing terms.

Service Requirements: details the minimum technology requirements for us to provide the Services in accordance with the Terms of Service and Service Descriptions.

Standard Labor Rates: details our hourly labor rates that are charged for all Out of Plan Services in accordance with the Terms of Service and Service Descriptions.

Service Availability: details our standard hours of operation and holiday office closures.

Application of Services: details how service level agreements are structured and how they are to be referenced to determine the applicable Services, Inclusions, and Exclusions.

Service Request Priority: details how service requests are classified, prioritized, and responded to with regards to the service level agreement.
